We fail to deliver the services as described on our website or agreed upon with the client.
The client has made a payment by mistake or has overpaid the invoice.
The client cancels the order before the service is provided, and the cancellation request is received within 24 hours of the payment.(before dispatch)
Please note that refunds may take up to 7-10 business days to process, depending on the payment method used.
Cancellation Policy
The client may cancel the order at any time before the service is provided. However, please note that once the service has been provided, cancellation will not be possible. In the event of cancellation, the client must provide written notice to Fox Digital Techno Services at least 24 hours before the scheduled service delivery time.
If the client fails to cancel the order within the specified timeframe, the payment will be forfeited.
We reserve the right to cancel any order or service delivery at any time, without prior notice, for any reason whatsoever. In such cases, we will provide a full refund to the client.
